We specialize in resolving accidental tax disputes, fixing crisis situations between a company and the Tax Administration of Serbia. We are capable in advocating appropriate interpretations of tax laws. Our capacity directly stems from the knowledge and experience which Milan Parivodic gained during his mandate as Serbian Ministry of Finance (2006-2007) and the team of top tax experts which work with us. 

Experience:

• Advised a major oil company in resolving a regulatory fiscal problem. The result was that within 3 months upon our intervention the Government of Serbia has adopted a new Government Regulation which rectified a 7-years old problem and reaffirmed level playfield among oil retailers.
• Advised a major producer of aircraft engines on intricacies of their Free-zone and Customs law rights and duties.
