Our litigation and arbitration team is headed by Mr. Predrag Trifunović 

(former judge of the Supreme Court of Serbia) and Dr. Parivodić.  Mr. 

Trifunović is senior counsel in Parivodić Advokati. 

Mr. Trifunović is the leading authority in commercial, civil, labor and 

administrative litigation, having served 25 years as judge of the Serbian 

Supreme Court of Cassation (1994-2019). As judge of the Supreme Court he was 

president of the Supreme Court Civil Law Chamber from 2003-2010 and from 

2014-2019. The Civil Law Chamber is composed of all Supreme Court judges who 

adjudicate in all commercial, civil, labor and administrative disputes. Thus 

Mr Trifunović’s litigation knowledge and experience in commercial, civil, 

labor and administrative matters is unrivalled in Serbia. 

Our team has unprecedented experience and skills in advising in most complex 

commercial, civil, labor and administrative disputes. We advise and 

represent both plaintiffs and defendants before commercial, civil and 

administrative courts.

UNCITRAL, Belgrade, London, Vienna, Zurich, ad hoc arbitrations) and 

investors-state arbitrations (under ICSID and bilateral investment 

treaties).
