We advise our clients on Serbian competition law. Our team is led by Dr. Parivodić.

We provide advice and representation in competition law compliance, matters of abuse of dominant position, horizontal and vertical restrictive agreements, state aid, merger control, enforcement of competition law and competition litigation.

Dr. Parivodic did pioneering work in improving competition legislation in Serbia (Law on Trade 1996) and wrote extensively on vertical restraints in distribution and franchising agreement.
